Endlessly

I've always liked the atmosphere of this piece. Looking at it again after seeing the cover art for Balefire and knowing the route Charla and Co will take, I can't help but wonder if this is a clue to what will happen in the Arid Lands.  
Thoughts of a powerful sandstorm tearing the gang apart are swirlling in my imagination now. The moons getting pretty close together seem to suggest the timing of this too. Heheh, I wonder indeed.
